cleanliness of rooms thoughtful notes motivating personality selection limitation pool towel lunch option

i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms , as they were well maintained. elsy left thoughtful notes after tidying our room. cristina was also great at motivating everyone to join activities at the main pool.

flavors buffet could have offered more selection , i felt. sushi for lunch would have been lovely.

attentive employees clothes steamer trip extension poor food quality unhelpful staff promised accommodation

the employees were very attentive. they accommodated my request to extend my trip. my room was always cleaned and had a clothes steamer inside (a nice touch!).

the food quality was not great. i spoke with other guests and they had similar comments about the food quality. the front desk staff did not seem helpful with an accommodation that was promised. (it was a bit frustrating).

Service was acceptable. The staff were mostly friendly.

The beach contained an unacceptable amount of seaweed. It was not cleaned often enough. I found it impossible to get close to the water.

dirty beach small locker rooms

The beach was frankly disgusting. there was seaweed everywhere, i couldn't even get near the water. It wasn't cleaned often enough, so it was unusable. hydrotherapy also disappointed. Locker rooms were small, and there weren't enough lockers for women. i had to give my things to my husband, which wasn't acceptable

mixed bag at this resort

repetitive songs inconvenient elevators

the food tasted fine, especially the breakfast buffet it had options.

i booked a serenity swim out suite but i think it was a waste of money. the dj at the main pool played the same songs over and over. elevators were often held up by housekeeping, a real pain for anyone with mobility issues.
