Really good Culinary Experience

During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at several of the resort's restaurants. The food was genuinely one of the best I've experienced at a resort, particularly at the steakhouse where the table-side guacamole was amazing and the tomahawk steak was a showstopper! The variety and quality of cuisine truly exceeded my expectations.

Relaxing Pool Atmosphere

I absolutely loved the pools at the resort! There are three options to choose from: a lively pool with music, a serene space just for Serenity Club guests, and another one for a quieter experience. It was great to have the flexibility to choose a space that fit my mood each day. I enjoyed lounging by the water and soaking in the relaxing vibes.

Beautiful and Comfortable Room

I stayed in a swimout room, and it was simply amazing! The space was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had quick access to the pool right outside. Amenities were well thought out, and I felt at home during my stay. It was a good retreat after each exciting day at the resort.

Well-Maintained Facilities

The bathroom in my room was overall quite nice and functional. I appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep, with fresh towels always provided. However, I did notice a couple of areas that could use attention, such as the tile flooring being slippery when wet. Providing extra mats for safety would be a valuable addition.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. The rooms were well-designed and offered a good level of comfort, although there were some noise disturbances from nearby construction. The service provided was notable, especially how accommodating they were when my flight got delayed. However, the location was a bit inconvenient, being a fair distance from Cancun's attractions.
